Samater Ahmed

Having graduated from Plymouth Marjon University with a BA (Hons) in Acting, Samater has been involved in a variety of productions across his university and professional career. With touring productions that have taken him from Plymouth to London and Greece, Samater has performed in a multitude of shows with the Actors Wheel, where his roles have included Edmund in ‘King Lear‘, The Boy in ‘Children of the Birds‘ tour and Satan in ‘The Last Days of Judas Iscariot‘. Samater has been involved in a range of theatre productions and films with Beyond Face, a community-minded company that strives to represent Black and minority groups in art.

Samater’s recent credits include Jasmine Jobson’s younger brother in the independent feature ‘In the Shadows’ directed by Anthony Wonke (produced by Lee Magiday) and he just wrapped on ‘Criminal Record‘ Season 2 for Apple.
